🍫 Overnight Oats Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup milk, ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp salt
🍫 Chocolate Shell
½ cup dark chocolate chips, 1 tsp coconut oil
👨🍳 Instructions
Add rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt into a mixing bowl.
Mix everything together until smooth and creamy.
Pour the oat mixture into glass meal prep jars and cover tightly.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
For the chocolate shell, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate over the chilled oats and spread gently using a mini silicone spatula.
Refrigerate again for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate shell hardens.
Serve cold and enjoy.
