2 cod fillets, 1 pouch microwave brown rice, 1 carrot (thinly sliced), 1 courgette (sliced), 1 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp red curry paste, 2 spring onions, 1 tsp honey, 1 chicken stock cube, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce

Add coconut milk, red curry paste, spring onions, honey, stock cube, fish sauce, and soy sauce into a blender and blend until smooth.
