Healthy no-bake dessert packed with protein, peanut butter & dark chocolate
π Yogurt Base Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt, 2–3 tbsp peanut butter, ½ cup crushed nuts (peanuts or almonds)
π« Chocolate Layer
½ cup melted dark chocolate
π¨π³ Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Greek yogurt and 2–3 tbsp peanut butter. Mix using a spoon or spatula until smooth and creamy.
Add ½ cup crushed nuts and fold gently until evenly mixed.
Spoon the mixture into silicone cups or molds and level the top.
Pour melted dark chocolate over each cup as a topping layer.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour until fully set and firm.
